HUGO’S FROG BAR AND GIBSONS
Hugo’s Frog Bar was in need of renovation and this directly affected neighboring restaurant Gibsons as both eateries share the same kitchen. To service both spaces effectively, McGuire Engineers added a new air-cooled screw chiller on the roof of Gibsons to provide chilled water for the renovation of the air handling system for Hugo’s Frog Bar.

Air Cooled Screw Chiller
- The new air handlers provide cooling and dehumidification and are heated by gas furnaces.
- We successfully completed installation while leaving the restaurants operations undisturbed as both restaurants were kept in operation during all the construction.
