Harbor Point is a 54-story, 742-unit high rise condominium building located at Randolph Street and Lake Shore Drive in Chicago. In 2002 and again in 2007, McGuire Engineers (MEPC) was retained to prepare a reserve study for the Condominium Association, documenting the condition of all of the major MEP equipment and systems.

ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS
- MEPC reviewed the base building engineering drawings and conducted a site survey to document the age, actual condition and remaining life expectancy of each piece of equipment and systems.
- MEPC furnished the client with a final report that included budget estimates for repair or replacement costs.
- Met with the building committee and management to answer questions.
