IMC stands for International Marketmakers Combination and is a privately-held company founded in Amsterdam in 1989 by two traders working on the open outcry floor of Europe’s first options exchange. Today we have offices in Amsterdam, Chicago, Sydney, New York, Hong Kong and Zug, and employ more than 450 people.

The project consisted of the office renovation of approximately 9,200 square foot on the 43rd floor of the Willis Tower. The project consisted of additional power in the café, demolition of existing plumbing on the North side of the bar in the café, rework of the reception area, convert the accounting area into a new sitting area, add two existing washrooms and the relocation of one existing handicap water closet as well as adding a new sink for a mothers room. In addition, McGuire Engineers provided engineering services for four (4) new private offices, three small conference rooms, an open area with five (5) pod rooms and one (1) large training room provided with an exhaust fan.
