Roycemore is a private K-12 school that is relocating from their long standing Evanston, IL location into an existing office building, also in Evanston. A new gymnasium addition will also be added to the existing 59,000 square foot building. The school is scheduled to move into the building in late 2011.

- MEPC analyzed existing MEP systems and determined if the building had adequate capacity and control to handle the change in occupancy.
- Determined whether aging equipment should be reused or replaced.
- MEPC explored multiple options, and prepared a detailed “Scope of Work” document for each option, and then priced for to determine the best value for the school’s budget.
