Located in Chicago’s West Loop, the PepsiCo Sustainability Center is a LEED Platinum 3,000 square foot high-end exhibit space. PepsiCo selected McGuire Engineers (MEPC) to provide a unique and sustainable design that included the integration of wind turbines and photovoltaic panels to the building’s rooftop while supplying power directly to the Center.
