The NBC Tower is a high profile, class A high rise building located in the heart of downtown Chicago. When the building management at NBC Tower wanted to provide premium in-house amenities to their tenants, McGuire Engineers was chosen to assist in the development of a new fitness center.

  • Transformed a commercial office suite into a fitness center with:

    • locker/showering facilities

    • free weight and cardio machines

    • an extensive AV system, a new conference center, and a new office in the building
