ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS

  • To service both spaces effectively, McGuire Engineers (MEPC) added a new air-cooled screw chiller on the roof of Gibson’s to provide chilled water for the renovation of the air handling system for Hugo’s Frog Bar. The new air handlers provide cooling and dehumidification and are heated by gas furnaces.

  • MEPC successfully completed installation while leaving the restaurant’s operations undisturbed as both restaurants were kept in operation during all the construction.
