When the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) decided to renovate their Chicago headquarters, McGuire Engineers (MEPC) became the key designer in retrofitting the 57,000 square foot commercial tenant space. MEPC worked closely with FDIC to ensure optimum quality and improvements in a high performing environment.

  • Enhanced VAV boxes, DDC controls, and design lighting control systems.

  • Relocated a number of sprinkler heads, smoke detectors, and diffusers into select areas, while also rearranging a new meter bank, and electrical feeds for the server room.
