Anthropologie inspires women with its unique assortment of apparel and accessories, home furnishings, and found objects. In order to expand their retail store in a more prominent location, McGuire Engineers (MEPC) was chosen to collaborate on a 20,000 square foot tenant build-out for the Natick Shopping Mall in Massachusetts.

- Custom fit HVAC system and new air handling unit (AHU)
- Connection to the buildings chilled-water system
Working through mall requirements and constraints, MEPC provided numerous design alternatives, and performed in-depth analyses to make sure all systems were in order and interacting efficiently.
