  • Due to the nature of the pending sale, MEPC’s client required results of the analysis in less than 48 hours. MEPC’s client purchased the building subsequent to the delivery of the report.

  • Since then, MEPC has been retained to analyze the life cycle costs of renewing a contract with a district cooling utility versus the installation of a new cooling plant.
